Night Watch
A stirred Old Tom gin cocktail with blackstrap rum, East India sherry, a little simple syrup, and Angostura bitters. It is off-dry and fairly strong at about 24% ABV.

A stirred gin cocktail with Galliano, a little simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and grapefruit twists. It is sweet and strong at about 30% ABV.
Galliano and a grapefruit twist instead of black strap rum and sherry make it boozier and sweeter, with vanilla-anise notes in place of molasses and nutty sherry.

Park Life Swizzle
